Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Warranty Wallet stores product names, retailer names, purchase dates, warranty dates, notes, and receipt references locally on your Android device. The developer does not receive this warranty or receipt information.

Advertising

Warranty Wallet uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit. Google may use this information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. A Privacy choices entry appears in Settings when Google requires it.

Notifications and receipts

The app may request notification permission for locally scheduled warranty-expiry reminders. You may deny or revoke it in Android settings.

When you select a receipt, Warranty Wallet uses Android’s system document picker and accesses only that selected file. It uses the file locally to prepare a Claim Pack PDF. Sharing occurs only after you choose a destination through Android’s share sheet.

Your controls

You can edit or delete warranty records in the app. Deleting a record does not delete the original receipt file from your device. Uninstalling the app removes its local database and generated cache files, subject to Android device behavior.

The app does not sell locally stored warranty or receipt information. For privacy questions, use the developer contact address shown on the Google Play listing.
